- Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
- Orders can be cancelled and refunded only before dispatch
- For cancellation requests, customers must contact us immediately
- Item Unavailability at the Time of Packing
- If any ordered item is unavailable during packing, we will contact the customer and offer:
- A suitable alternative, or
- A refund for the unavailable item

2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- After the order has been dispatched
- Orders returned due to customer-related reasons such as:
- Incomplete address
- Invalid address
- Not answering courier phone calls
- Customer unavailable for three delivery attempts
- Not collecting the parcel from Rathimeena office for more than 10 days
- Transit delays caused by third-party courier services
- Transit damage claims
- Once a refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible
