3. Non-Returnable Situations
Orders returned back to us due to customer-related reasons are also not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, including:
- Incomplete address
- Invalid address
- Not answering courier phone calls
- Customer unavailable for three delivery attempts
- Not collecting the parcel from Rathimeena office for more than 10 days
We request customers to stay available for courier communication and track their orders properly.
Returns are accepted within 7 business days of delivery.
