- All payments received before 4:00 PM will be dispatched on the same day.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed for dispatch on the next working day.

- Within Tamil Nadu & Pondicherry
Delivery in 2–5 working days – ₹30
Fast and reliable delivery across Tamil Nadu & Pondicherry. - Outside Tamil Nadu & Pondicherry
Delivery in 5–7 working days – ₹50
Orders are securely packed and delivered across India with trusted courier partners.

- We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, as shipments are handled by third-party courier partners.
- Under normal conditions, most parcels are delivered within the expected timeframe.
3. Product Availability During Packing
If any ordered item is unavailable at the time of packing:
- We will immediately contact you
- Offer a suitable alternative product, or
- Process a refund for the unavailable item
4. Important Delivery Notes
- No Returns
- No Exchange
- No Refund
- No Transit Damage Claim
All orders are packed with maximum care using safe and secure packaging before dispatch from our side.
Please note that delivery is handled by third-party courier/logistics partners. Since the shipment is carried and managed by an external delivery service after dispatch, we are not responsible for delays, mishandling, or damages caused during transit.
Therefore, if any damage occurs during transit, courier handling, or delivery, it will not be eligible for return, refund, replacement, or claim under any circumstances.
Orders that are returned back to us due to customer-related reasons will be eligible for refund. This includes :
- Incomplete address
- Invalid address
- Not answering courier phone calls
- Customer unavailable for three delivery attempts
